– I want to do an activity on a specific day. Will there be availability?

If you already know the day you want to do the activity, simply fill in the contact form and we will contact you with the available times.

– How can I book my activity?

When you have decided the day to do your activity, you just have to make the reservation in jucaraventura.es/en/booking, in the reservation center you will have to enter the details of your activity and it will allow you to make the payment of the reservation, which are € 10 or € 20 depending on the number of people in your group. The amount of the reservation paid will be returned the day you come to do the activity.

Also remember that you can modify the reservation simply by contacting us.
The cancellation of the reservation is free until 48 hours before.

– I still do not know how many participants will be in the group. Can the reservation be modified?

It is normal that until the date of the activity arrives, there are people who do not know if they will be able to come, so we recommend making the reservation with the number of people who are sure to come at the time of booking and in case you want modify the number of participants, simply contact us.

– Can the reservation be canceled?

Of course! You can cancel your reservation without any cost until 48h before the date of your activity, for any change you just have to contact us.

– I’m in Cuenca without a car because we travel by Ave, bus, train,… Can you take us from Cuenca to where we’ll do the activity?
